An experienced, certified Lead VPK Teacher who’s not only ready to teach — but ready to lead. You’re driven, dependable, and eager to make a lasting difference in your students’ lives.
What You’ll Do:- Lead the Learning
:
Design and implement a creative and impactful VPK curriculum - Mentor Your Team
:
Guide and support assistant teachers to foster a cohesive classroom - Partner With Parents
:
Build strong, ongoing relationships and share progress updates with families
- DCF 45 Hours (active and completed)
- VPK Certified
- Active CDA, or Associate's/Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
- 1+ year in a licensed childcare setting
- Proven leadership in a VPK classroom
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- Must be 18 or older
- Available Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
