Schedule:Full-time | Monday–Friday + at least every other weekend | 4–12 hour shifts
Location:Clay County + South Jacksonville

Required:
- Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate

- Required Florida State courses: HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer’s & Dementia, and Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication (these can be found and completed on RN.org or )
