You will develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team, and participate in discharge planning to support smooth transitions.
The role requires current state RN licensure, BCLS certification; ACLS preferred. Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting.
