Dirt Crew Loader, Water Truck, Roller Operator

Responsibilities

• Maintain haul roads and entrances, watered down for dust control
• Dirt hauling and moving for job‑specific tasks
• Compact haul roads for daily use
• Perform a variety of physical labor tasks
• Operate hand and power tools
• Work under various field and weather conditions
• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, climb, kneel, bend, twist, push and pull as required
• Wear required PPE in accordance with the safety manual and OSHA regulations
• Work weekends if requested by the foreman
• Communicate effectively with the foreman
• Transport yourself reliably to job sites (10–80 miles from base)

• Entry‑level position – no prior experience required
• Must be drug free; medical drug cards are not accepted
• Physical ability to carry 50 lbs and perform required tasks
• Reliable transportation for sites up to 80 miles away
