Clearing Crew Mulching Operator – Its main purpose is to reduce limbs, tops, and cull material to shredded particles on the forest floor that can better hold runoff and degrade more quickly back into the soil.

• Experience in operating mulching equipment for land clearing
• Perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor
• Able to perform manual labor including but not limited to raking, shoveling, hooking up pumps, installing pipe, mixing concrete, carrying materials
• Operate hand and power tools
• Work is performed under various field and weather conditions
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs, stand, walk, climb, kneel, bend, twist, push and pull
• Must wear required PPE as per safety manual and OSHA regulations
• Work weekends if requested by Foreman
• Communicate effectively with Foreman
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to jobsites
• Jobsites range anywhere from 10-80 miles in one direction
• Must be drug free; medical drug cards are not accepted
