Green Light ABA is a small, BCBA led ABA provider focused on supporting children and their families in the natural environment at home, in school, and in the community. We are looking for caring, collaborative individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

• Competitive Pay: $22 - $30 per hour depending on experience

    All staff get paid trainings when they start and throughout the year.

    We understand that cancellations can be challenging, and we provide pay for last minute cancellations that are outside of your control

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change

• RBTs with active certification
• Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes
• Willingness and ability to pass a background check
