Description

Hana Meds is an Arizona based, State licensed, Medical Marijuana company. We produce and distribute the best-selling Pre-roll brand, Dutchie, as well as Willie's Reserve. Hana Meds is seeking full-time Bud tenders to join our team located in Green Valley. A Budtender informs and services customers and patients in the selection and purchasing of cannabis and any related products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checks in customers and verifies status on AZDHS system.
• Provides customers with information about cannabis and alternatives.
• Assists customers with product selection.
• Processes customer orders and payments utilizing POS software.
• Maintains appropriate stock quantities.
• Assists management staff in the general operation of the facility.
• Presents a clean and safe facility.
• Accurately process transactions; medical and recreational
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Itemizes and totals purchases by recording prices, departments, taxable and nontaxable items; operating a cash register.
• Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of work shift to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Discounts purchases by redeeming coupons.
• Enters price changes by referring to price sheets and special sale bulletins.
• Greets customers entering establishments and when they arrive at the counter.
• Promotes a safe and courteous environment.
• Aid customers in an efficient and timely manner.
• Provide customers with education and information about the uses of cannabis and alternatives.
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Education and Skills:

• Cannabis knowledge preferred
• Retail experience preferred
• Outstanding customer service
• Ability to work well with a team
• Possess a sense of urgency
• Good communication skills, verbal, and written, with co-workers and management.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Possess good moral values

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Must have valid AZ  U.S. passport.
• Must have an active Facility Agent Card upon start date
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs.
