Work at Sally Beauty, the world’s largest hair and beauty supplier, helping customers express themselves through hair. We seek passionate beauty lovers who can create exceptional shopping experiences.

Focus primarily on creating a memorable buy‑in for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and acting as a trusted advisor on the customer journey. You will receive comprehensive training and bring your enthusiasm and personality to the role.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Enroll customers in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to apply product‑knowledge training to support customers.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Able to follow directions and perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

The position requires periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Occasionally, exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals may occur.
