Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time flower merchandiser. You will visit multiple stores in your territory each week, ensuring flowers are displayed beautifully and inventory is maintained.

$18.00 per hour.

• Pay: $18.00/hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 AM–11:00 AM.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.
• Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full‑time employees (upon promotion).

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during key festive dates:
  Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and other peak periods.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
