• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and driven by metrics
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends

• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to foster growth and development
• Familiarity with retail technology and systems
• Capability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
• Willingness to travel as required for the role
