Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Generate prospective mortgage loan clients
- Analyze client mortgage needs and recommend appropriate mortgage products
- Learn and maintain knowledge of available mortgage lending products
- Collect required documentation from borrowers to successfully complete the loan approval process
- Manage the loan pipeline from origination through approval and closing
- Maintain a high level of customer service and provide timely updates throughout the loan process
- Effectively develop and work a referral network to grow a portfolio of customers
- Established NMLS license preferred
- Minimum of 1+ year of current Mortgage Loan Originator experience preferred
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
