Green Campus – Assisted Living/Memory Care. Nights (7:00 pm – 11:00 pm), 4‑hour shifts.

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; every other Thursday; every other holiday.

The Nurse works independently to provide direct resident care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; supervises and directs care provided by nursing assistants; participates in continued professional development; performs other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must have a current OH LPN licensure.
• Preferred experience in an Assisted Living Facility.
• Good physical and mental health.
• Possesses the necessary dexterity to perform injections, IVs, etc.
• Able to lift, push and pull 35‑50 pounds independently, and over 50 pounds with assistance.
• Possesses the ability to bend, stoop, and reach at different angles.
• Walks, stands, and sits intermittently during the day.
