* As the Co-Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing the profitability of one Race Trac store. You will focus on delivering Race Trac’s mission of making people's lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food quality, cleanliness, talent leadership, and driving overall success.

** Responsibilities**

• Establish an environment of prompt, efficient, and courteous service, and effectively manage conflicts.
• Lead positive relationships with co-workers, guests, and vendors.
• Communicate respectfully and maintain a team-oriented attitude.
• Address guest concerns promptly and involve regional team members as needed.
• Ensure a frictionless shopping experience and complete transactions efficiently.

** Food**

• Drive food service excellence by executing processes, increasing sales and margins, ensuring product quality, and utilizing training resources.
• Maintain availability of food offers and cleanliness of preparation areas and equipment.

** Clean**

• Maintain high store cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to safety and food safety regulations.
• Execute shift duties and uphold brand standards.

** Leading Talent**

• Demonstrate Race Trac's Core Values and leadership qualities.
• Coach, train, and assess team members; provide performance feedback.

** Driving Success**

• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and store supplies.
• Use tools to coach and develop the team.

** Qualifications**

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant; management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
