Group Fitness/HIIT Instructor

Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic, enthusiastic instructors experienced in HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Yoga, and Pilates to lead group classes and educate members on fitness in a safe, engaging environment.

• Lead group fitness/instruction sessions in a pre-arranged format designed to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance while prioritizing member safety.
• Educate members on various aspects of fitness and motivate participants to reach their goals.

• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn multiple formats; experience preferred but training available.
• Group Fitness Certification through AFAA or ACE preferred; CPR Certification required.
• Physical demands include lifting light weights and performing dynamic movements such as bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, spinning, and kicking.

• In-house trainings with continued education credits toward AFAA, ACE, and NASM; in-house Schwinn and CPR Certifications.
• Discounts towards fitness and Zumba Certifications; flexible scheduling (morning, evening, weekend).
• Competitive compensation starting at $25/hour, with potential increases based on tenure, formats, and schedule availability.
