Are you a natural communicator with a talent for turning first impressions into lasting relationships? Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station is seeking a Leasing Lead Specialist to be the voice of our community and the first point of contact for future residents.

This is not your typical leasing role – you'll focus on handling all incoming leasing calls and online inquiries, creating meaningful connections, and setting up successful appointments for our leasing team. If you're motivated, service-oriented, and ready to play a key role in helping residents find their next home, we'd love to meet you!

What You’ll Do
  • Be the friendly, professional first contact for all leasing calls, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Engage with prospects to learn about their housing needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Share accurate, compelling details about availability, pricing, amenities, and community benefits.
  • Schedule in-person or virtual appointments for our Leasing Consultants and ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Consistently meet or exceed appointment-set goals and call conversion standards.
  • Follow up with prospects to maximize show rates and maintain strong communication.
  • Record all interactions and outcomes in our leasing software (One Site/CRM).
  • Support leasing initiatives including outbound call campaigns, open houses, events, and promotions.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (leasing or hospitality experience a plus).
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to connect quickly and effectively.
  • Confidence in handling objections and guiding conversations toward solutions.
  • Computer skills:
    Microsoft Office, Outlook, and leasing software (One Site/Real Page preferred).
  • A motivated, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
