As a Branch Ambassador, you ll use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers  banking experience. You ll perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. You ll resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

• Engage with customers in person to connect and assist with technology challenges, casual conversations, and showcasing available services and products.
• Help determine personal and business financial needs and coordinate with experts to guide customers toward their financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with audit and security policies and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations.
• Support customers across branch needs, including cash handling and service needs, and rotate through the branch as needed by customer demand.
• Contribute to an improved retail customer experience with fewer handoffs, and act as an expert in the branch.
• Be curious and willing to learn about products, services, and experiences to help guide customers.
• Demonstrate digital savvy by showcasing mobile and online banking and educating customers on other banking channels and services.
• Collaborate with a team of banking professionals and inspire teammates as part of an energized team.
• Research and answer customer inquiries using various tools to enhance retention and engagement and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market you are assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience

• Associate s degree
• 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.

• Bowie, MD: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
• Burtonsville, MD: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
• Greenbelt, MD: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
• Hyattsville, MD: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
• Laurel, MD: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador
• Silver Spring, MD: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annual salary offered will be reflected in the offer letter.
