Registered Behavior Technician; RBT- Spanish Speaking

Overview

Join as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Spanish Speaking at Divine Steps Therapy
. Base pay ranges from $28.00/hr to $32.00/hr and opportunities for growth are available. RBT certification from BACB is required.

• Provide ABA therapy to children in home and community settings to improve behaviors and acquire new skills.
• Follow specific protocols and implement individualized ABA programs as directed by BCBA or qualified health professional.
• Document client sessions by recording data, writing quality session notes, and inputting timesheets.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background screening and clearance required.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• RBT Certification required.
