Working at Target means helping families discover the joy of everyday life. This role focuses on General Merchandise and Food operations, including inbound, outbound, replenishment, fulfillment, pricing, and merchandising sign management to support a guest-first experience.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Support daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and placing promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified and perform price changes, merchandise setup, maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn operational procedures related to product setup, stock management, and store organization to support inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Know store resources, products, and services to resolve guest questions and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services including back-up cashier responsibilities and digital fulfillment (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while adhering to applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Enjoy helping guests and fellow team members; strong guest service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, active, and physically demanding environment with teamwork and problem solving.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
• Willingness to undergo training to become proficient as a General Merchandise Expert.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and attention to detail; ability to use handheld scanners and technology as directed.
