Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00 USD per hour. Pay Range: $18.00 USD - $27.00 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and communicate promotions, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store and in your area to address guest questions and improve their experience.
• Explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features, including Wallet, and direct guests to enroll in Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Assist with returns following register prompts and collaborate with leaders as needed within Target policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours while staying available to guests.
• Comply with safety policies, report hazards, and uphold a culture of safety and ethical conduct.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders, and related duties, including compliance with applicable laws.

• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift and handle multiple tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle checkout operations, transactions, and support cash office tasks as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; frequently lift up to 10 pounds; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Comfort with varying temperatures and store conditions while performing duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
