Retail Front End Supervisor - Full-Time

Join the Burlington Stores team as a Retail Front End Supervisor, a full‑time customer service and sales position. You will work closely with store management to supervise all store functions and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Supervise all store functions and associates while serving as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through coaching, training and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Cultivate a diverse, teamwork‑based culture.
• Resolve issues and make informed decisions to maintain high customer service standards.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to eliminate shortages.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Attend weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off‑price, big‑box or specialty retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Physical ability to move or lift store merchandise up to 40 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
