Location:

Autumn Glenn, Greencastle, IN. Setting:
Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient. Lovely Community - Work with higher functioning residents.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings.

• Treat residents Monday-Friday, in their rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic, with no travel to homes outside the building.
• Market the clinic, create your own schedule, and work independently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.

• Current license as Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred.
