The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides comprehensive respiratory care services to patients across emergency and inpatient settings. This role supports a small, close-knit care environment and requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

• Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekend-focused schedule

• Deliver invasive and non-invasive ventilation support.
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and interpretation.
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and pulmonary hygiene treatments.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and perform ECGs as required.
• Provide respiratory care services in a 10-bed Emergency Department and 25-bed inpatient unit .
• Accurately document care in the CPSI EMR .
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current BLS certification

• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Prior experience in a critical access or community hospital setting
