Scheduler, Healthcare

We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our team at The Waters of Greencastle Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our clinical teams schedule following the budget and census.

• Create and review scheduled for the nurses and CNAs in accordance with the current PPD and census.
• Track call-offs and manage staffing levels to maintain optimal coverage
• Pre-screen potential job applicants and schedule interviews with our team
• Demonstrate the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and prioritize assignments to manage workflow efficiently

As a Scheduler, you must be a CNA, QMA or LPN and will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.
