Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive operational excellence in a large-scale facility?

Our client is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, service, and cost targets are met. You'll provide strong leadership, manage systems and resources, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in a facility with over 400 employees.

• Lead and promote a safety-first culture, ensuring all safety targets are met.
• Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing performance data on key metrics like safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee human capital planning, including setting goals, managing performance, and developing succession plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintain strong communication with all associates.
• Manage process control initiatives and ensure manufacturing SOPs are in place for quality and safety.
• Lead budgeting processes and ensure execution of capital expenditures.
• Drive continuous improvement culture and employee engagement.
• Share best practices with other facilities and meet or exceed business plans and KPIs.

• Strong financial acumen and results orientation.
• Team leadership and organizational capability development.
• Strategic thinking and collaboration skills.
• Change leadership and market knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in a production environment.
• 7 years of leadership experience, preferably in flexible packaging.
• Proven ability to lead and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Understanding of plant results drivers and financial interpretation.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is strongly preferred.
