Full‑time, Friday through Tuesday, hours may vary; more details upon interview.

Requirement:
Previous baking experience required.

Pay Range: $14.00 – $19.00 per hour.

Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production and catering sheets; assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.
• Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes, following prescribed production standards and proper equipment.
• Assist with completion of production records including waste tracking, portion usage and product shortages; inform supervisor when supplies are low.
• Ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within the work area.
• Handle food items appropriately and in accordance with safety regulations during preparation and service.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area; keep display equipment clean and free of debris.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, customer‑service oriented manner; relay concerns to supervisors.
• Consistently exhibit ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately and efficiently.
• Check that all food is presented, served and displayed per standards.
• Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment, ensuring corporate and OSHA standards are met.
• Complete shift work, as assigned, timely and thoroughly in accordance with department standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
