We are hiring immediately for a full‑time FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.

Location:

Greencastle – 1002 Mill Pond Lane, Greencastle, IN 46135 (online applications only).

Schedule:

Full time; days may vary, 7:00 am to 1:30 pm; more details upon interview.

Pay range: $13.00 to $18.00 per hour. Previous food service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.

The role prepares, presents, and serves food as needed to ensure a positive dining experience for students.

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food between work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas, following wrapping, dating, food‑safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
