CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL AND PART TIME) — Bon Appétit Management Company

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and assist the Chef as needed.
• Prepare coffee and keep coffee and cashier stations clean.
• Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; assist with catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties, maintain cash accuracy with receipts, and make deposits at end of shift.
• Provide service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Perform general cleaning duties and remove trash to designated areas.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products; set up serving lines and ensure proper food temperatures are recorded and within acceptable ranges.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers; keep refrigerators stocked and rotate products using FIFO.
• Record replenishment amounts and refrigerator temperatures as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior food service experience preferred, but not required.

  Full-time and Part-time; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary; more details at interview.
• Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
