This is a full-time position that performs a broad spectrum of duties to support our efforts in providing an outstanding customer experience, maintaining highly efficient operational productivity and company profitability by processing customer orders. Applicants will work in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement, growth, and safety are top priorities. Learning and cross-training is encouraged throughout the Fulfillment Center. Our employees work in a top-tier, climate-controlled, fully automated facility.

• This position performs a broad range of functions that have a direct impact on the end customer experience.
• Day-to-day tasks may include inbound and outbound functions such as unloading/receiving, replenishing, picking, sorting, packing, or loading/shipping customer orders.
• Associates are required to report to work as scheduled and work required overtime, as necessary.
• Associates are required to follow a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ensure that work is performed in accordance with the SOPs in place within each department.
• Work will be performed in accordance with labor management standards applicable to the specific job assignment.
• Associates will be expected to adhere to Fulfillment Center work rules, as well as HR and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Train to be cross functional in other roles.

Must be able to meet physical demands that include frequent and extended periods of lifting, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching overhead.

• Work with a safety-first mindset, being mindful of not only your safety but of your co-worker’s safety as well.
• Must have basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to understand RFID technology.
• Must be able to carry out verbal and/or written instructions.
