Dental Care Alliance is looking for a Dental Assistant in Greendale, Wisconsin to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team‑based environment.

As a Dental Assistant you are an integral part of the care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment. Candidates must have prior dental assisting experience to be considered.

• Competitive hourly pay $23 per hour
• Part time:
  Monday 9am‑4pm (lunch 1:30pm‑2pm), Wednesday 9am‑1pm & Thursday 8am‑4pm (lunch 1:30pm‑2pm)

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Assist dentists during procedures.
• Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care.
• Take and develop X‑rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
• Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling.
• Maintain CPR certification and emergency supplies.

• Completion of a one‑year certified dental assistant program (preferred).
• Six months of on‑the‑job experience (with documentation).
• X‑ray certification.
• Nitrous Oxide certification is highly recommended.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law.
