Education ​/ Teaching Assistant, Child Development​/Support

Support the lead teacher in daily classroom instruction and activities

Assist with supervising students during classroom lessons, centers, recess, lunch, and transitions

Help maintain a positive, structured, and developmentally appropriate learning environment

Support students with basic needs such as toileting, handwashing, dressing, and snack time

Assist with classroom preparation, organization, and cleanup

Reinforce positive behavior and model appropriate social skills

Communicate professionally and respectfully with staff and families

Follow all school policies related to safety, supervision, and confidentiality

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must be 21 years or older

Experience working with young children preferred

Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with preschool-aged children

Ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers and staff

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage classroom tasks in a busy, active environment
