As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met with precision and care. Our Dietary Aide will assist with food preparation, serving, and cleaning, while maintaining a safe and sanitary environment in our dining areas.
Responsibilities:- Assist with meal preparation, including food preparation, plating, and serving
- Maintain accurate food production records and inventory
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils
- Assist with laundry and dishwashing duties as needed
- Support dietary staff with special dietary needs and requests
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling resident information
