• Lead and Manage: Oversee the nursing staff, including direction, supervision, and evaluation of performance.
• Develop and Implement: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and high-quality patient care.
• Patient Care: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Staff Development: Develop and provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for quality improvement, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including accreditation and licensure.

• Certifications/Licenses: Current RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
