Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive individualized attention and treatment.
- Quality Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and increase staff satisfaction.
- Communication: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Staff Development: Provide education and training to staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills in patient care.
