Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as ordered by physicians

- Conduct routine vital sign checks, monitor resident condition, and report changes to nursing staff and physicians
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
