Job OverviewA Victoria’s Secret & Co Customer Experience Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow top-line sales. This role reports to the Store Manager.
Primary Responsibilities- Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and developing the team, managing performance, and selling.
- Support operational excellence through maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability.
- Lead and demonstrate company values within the store.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
- Conduct associate observations and coaching.
- Ensure all roles work cohesively for the benefit of the team and customers.
- Link results to behaviors and actions to drive sales.
- Manage labor hours to optimize sales and profit.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold brand appearance.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure effective communication and execution of brand strategies.
- Lead by example in following company policies and procedures.
- Additional duties include floorset mapping, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.

Salary RangeMinimum: $21.15;
Maximum: $29.00. Salary will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other factors.

- 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
