• People person:
  Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they need, with a “friends first” mindset; we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products: educate guests on product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Share the brand love: introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Versatile: flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Innovative problem solver: proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Team player: always ready to assist your team in getting the job done.
• Integrity: do the right thing and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail: prior retail work is required.
• At least 16 years of age.
