Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings to assess staffing needs and propose customized workforce solutions
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful client fulfillment
- Meet or exceed sales goals, revenue targets, and activity metrics
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking in CRM systems
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
