Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Warehouse & Facilities Manager supervises, directs, and monitors facility and property maintenance, ensures compliance with regulatory agencies such as OSHA and the EPA. They purchase, maintain inventory of supplies and tools, manage all leased properties, and oversee fleet vehicle care and maintenance. They will also oversee the daily operations of all warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, storage, inventory management, staff management, maintenance and safety.
Direct supervision of Personal Trainer and Shipping & Receiving Clerk.
Monday – Friday onsite at company headquarters in Greenville, TN. Environmental condition of an office warehouse with minimal exposure to external weather conditions. Security/Facility concerns would require 24/7 availability if needed.
Base Pay Range$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Qualifications- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, training and/or maintenance certifications/licenses.
- • Three years of experience in maintenance, and a minimum of 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a general office environment.
- • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or technical field is preferred.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and video conferencing platforms (Zoom and/or Teams).
- • Experience with security systems, HVAC, plumbing, and lighting/electrical systems.
- • Familiarity with warehouse material handling equipment (Pallet Jacks, Forklift, etc.).
- • Business ERP system and Net Suite experience are preferred.
- • Leverage approved company AI tools and resources to boost productivity, streamline workflows, and improve deliverable quality and efficiency, while maintaining accuracy, data privacy, ethical use, and full compliance with company policies and standards.
- • Share AI ideas and best practices by proposing and piloting new use cases, giving feedback on company AI tools, documenting results, and coaching teammates.
- • Expected to support and uphold the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- • Understanding QMS responsibilities to support compliance and quality standards.
- • Following document control practices and using current, approved documents.
