We are looking for skilled and motivated Machine Operators to operate press and shearing machinery. The ideal candidates will have experience in operating computer-controlled press and shear machines to shape metal according to the cut list and instructions.

• Operate production machinery following prints and specifications.
• Configure and operate computer-controlled press and shear machines.
• Manufacture the specified quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Utilize precision tools to measure finished parts, ensuring compliance with quality and cosmetic requirements.
• Keep records of produced units, including details of any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Conduct equipment inspections before use to ensure proper setup and alignment; perform basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in following directions and working effectively in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs and documentation.
• Quick grasp of production equipment operation or aptitude for rapid learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing, specifically in sheet metal.
• Visual acuity necessary for reading instructions, operating machinery, and inspecting parts.

• Production environment, not climate-controlled. Ability to work safely and consistently.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Ability to quickly manipulate objects with hands, arms, or fingers.
• Balance and flexibility to navigate around equipment and tools.
• Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and lifting.
