PAINT LINE LOADER-UNLOADER - Load and unload various parts from baskets or skids on the conveyor system for painting.

Introduction:
This position reports to Paint Line Supervisor. It is solely accountable for the fulfillment of all assigned duties and has authority delegated commensurate with assigned responsibilities.

• Load and unload various parts to conveyor.
• Plug and unplug thread holes on fifth wheels.
• Hang and unhang various hook sizes based on the size or type of the part.
• Follow and adhere to company processes for inspection of parts, including final painted parts.
• Any additional duties that have not been specifically stated, but which may be assigned and those that are logically and properly inherent to this position.

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
• Manufacturing experience desired
• Ability to safely operate overhead air hoist
• Ability to gain forklift certification
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work as an effective and cohesive team member and take direction from leadership
• Basic math abilities
• Ability to gain knowledge of company products. Comply with quality, environmental, safety and JOST company policies and procedures

• Work is generally performed in a production plant 100% of the time.
• While performing duties of this job, the employee will regularly stand, walk, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, lift, pull or move objects of 50 pounds or less with or without assistance, with full motion unrestricted.
