Kelly Services is seeking a qualified Assembly candidate to work at John Deere in Greeneville TN! This is a unique contract position working 6-12 months with the possibility for permanent hire. This is a wonderful entry level opportunity for those with a passion for manufacturing John Deere products.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation- $18.00 per hour on 1st shift – averages $21 with bonus
- $19.00 per hour on 2nd shift – averages $22 with bonus
- 15% Average Weekly Production Bonus
- Weekly Pay!
- 1st shift – Monday thru Friday – 6am-3pm
- 2nd shift – Monday thru Friday – 3pm-12:00am
Performs semi-skilled production activities, production support activities and clerical activities necessary to receive components, fabricate and assemble products and package & ship completed goods to meet production and quality objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 6 months of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
- Experience with various hand and power tools.
- Must be friendly, have good references and a stable work history.
- Must have the ability to do repetitive work and lift 50 pounds.
- Experience with hand or power tools preferred.
- Welding experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to regularly twist, bend, walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass an assembly assessment to qualify.
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment.
- Steel‑toed boots or shoes required.
- Requires registering with Kelly Services and passing both an oral swab drug test and background check.
