Electronics Assembler - 2nd & 3rd Shift

Telford, TN Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay:$19.00 PLUS shift premium per shift ($19.95-$20.90)

Job Summary We are currently hiring Electronics Assemblers for 2nd and 3rd shift in Telford, TN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment and growth. The Electronics Assembler will be responsible for assembling electronic components and products while following detailed work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

• Assemble electronic components and products according to work instructions and specifications
• Install, connect, and secure small electronic parts and components
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment as required
• Read and follow diagrams, work instructions, and visual aids
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Identify defects or issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures and company safety requirements
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Work effectively as part of a team and assist with other production duties as needed

• Previous manufacturing, production, or electronics assembly experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new processes and procedures

• ESD shoes are required
• Must be willing to complete a criminal background check
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to work the assigned shift
