Location: Greeneville, TN

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Seeking a dependable, technically minded candidate for a Swiss-style CNC machine shop manufacturing custom, high-precision metal and plastic components. Candidates should have a good work history, be able to perform basic fraction and decimal calculations with a calculator, read blueprints, and have experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and pin gauges.

There are no educational requirements for this opportunity.

• Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and pin gauges preferred.
• Technical aptitude and mechanical mindset required.
• Strong work history with demonstrated reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately inspect parts and maintain quality standards.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and work throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Manual dexterity required to operate machinery and use measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Must wear required safety equipment, including safety glasses.

• Operate Swiss-style CNC machines to manufacture high-precision metal and plastic components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
• Use measuring equipment to inspect parts and verify quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform basic calculations involving fractions and decimals using a calculator.
• Monitor machine performance and report any quality or production concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support production goals while maintaining high-quality standards in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
