Shift:6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:- 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
- 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
- Experience with Epic is preferred.
- Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple units
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
- Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:Required Credentials: BSN required for international clinicians.
Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population. Patient population includes general medical-surgical, telemetry, orthopedic, urology, gastroenterology, respiratory, and comfort-care patients. Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as they prepare future nurses; this responsibility is expected in addition to and alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health.
& Scheduling:
36/36 and 36/48 schedules are available. No call. Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements:Floating is required to care for medical-surgical-type patients.
Time Off:14 days maximum time off
