As a Team Member, you are the energetic and warm smile that provides great hospitality to our guests. You will greet and serve guests, prepare quality food products in a clean, pleasant, and safe environment, and demonstrate a high level of integrity in all that you do.

• Prepare and bake biscuits according to company recipes and procedures.
• Prepare biscuits to meet business demands without overproducing.
• Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment, and floors.
• Assist other food production personnel as needed.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
• Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures to provide a safe and compliant environment for all.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work around high temperatures.
• Work around others in close quarters.
• Able to lift 50–75 pounds comfortably.
• Work with various cleaning products.
