Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience, delivering excellent customer service and helping customers build wardrobes. You will also participate in visual merchandising and store presentation, while focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the Customer through our brand experience to make authentic connections
• Be customer-obsessed, using loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cash Wrap/Cashier duties: use POS and store technology to promote priorities and provide an omni-channel experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices visual and operational standards with a customer focus
• Support product flow, shipping and receiving; assist omni order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pickup

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal- and achievement-oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
