You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, apply Lean, 5S, and cellular layouts to minimize cycle times, reduce bottlenecks, and lower refurbishment costs.
You will design line layouts, balance lines, develop SOPs with technicians, and implement KPI tracking for FPY, MTTR, scrap, and efficiency.
