• Manipulate microbial genetic material for the development of new products.
• Conduct analysis of pharmaceutical products using traditional microbiological techniques such as dilution, pour plating, and filtration.
• Perform a wide range of general Microbiology and Molecular testing including PCR, primer design, DNA extraction, sequencing, gel electrophoresis, protein extraction, Western blotting, cloning, and culturing bacterial and mammalian cell lines, under the direction of lab management.

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, with a focus in Microbiology and Molecular Biology preferred.
• Understanding of microbiology and molecular testing, with sterile technique experience.
• Ability to perform testing according to SOPs.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
