CenterPoint Energy is seeking a Gas Operations Supervisor for its Indiana & Ohio Gas Team, based in Greenfield, IN. The role involves supervising and directing the operation and maintenance of the distribution system according to established plans, policies, and procedures. The supervisor will ensure a safe and adequate energy supply for customers, coach and develop the Field Operations Team, and support company and corporate goals through effective teamwork.

- Education:
A Business Administration Degree or equivalent leadership experience. - Experience:
At least 7 years of leadership in gas distribution or related fields.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate a computer and office equipment, and safely operate a vehicle. The role involves working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in adverse weather conditions, with occasional overtime, rotating shifts, and emergency callouts.
