Location:

Indianapolis, IN. Salary: $20.00–$28.00.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Maintenance Tech to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machines and some facility maintenance.

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts and machines meet production standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain smooth workflow and minimize downtime.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Technical or trade certification preferred.
• Proven experience in machine maintenance or related fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Ability to operate a lathe and milling machine.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Ability to fabricate, assemble, and modify machine parts and components.
• Experience with welding and metal working.
• Working knowledge of PLCs and motor drives.
